This turned out nice. 3d printed m90 shift pattern insert. Surface was pretty rough, so I sanded kt from p320 to p1200 to make it smooth, then I filled numbers etc. with Pattex no more nails, and put some clear coat to it.

Chicks dig built 244's.
All that I know that mine likes this car :)

How was the fitting? I plan to buy the same body kit but no one in the US has given a review about it.

My side skirts are plastic, so they are original Bross skirts. They fit as nice as many OEM skirts fit on modern cars. Front pieces are made in Finland, the are copies of original plastic pieces. They are not 100% good fit, side pieces have little gaps with front fenders. Some cars that have these Bross aerokit pieces have a strange curve under at the front lip, mine is straight and it looks bettter IMO.

I have had random issues with starting, and it seems that when car does not like to start it looses spark. I have changed spark plugs, wires, rotor and gap year ago. Last parts have been TDC sensor and control module left side of the engine bay. Few fuses were oxidized so I changed them, now I am waiting to see the results.

Spoiler is going to be mounted so that it can be removed and any holes will not exist. I made these brackets from angled rst steel. I use m5 rst screws to mount metal pieces to spoiler.

I think that spoiler is going to be black, white was the other option, red would be too much :)These photos changed my mind right away.

Painted spoiler to gloss black, color is from my old V70. I used two sided tape to secure.

Seems like my starting issue is the battery. If I turn the ignition on, fuel pump drops voltage from 12.4 to 11.5 and it doesn't raise back to 12.x. Maybe 10 years is good life time foe Exide battery?

Took some pictures with decent camera this time. First five pics are from local airfield where you can testyour cars top speed sometimes. V40 Volvos are at the top of the list every year. Maybe some day I test how fast this goes at standing mile.:-P

I think that body work is done when I get decent wheels under this. Until now I am happy how it is. :-D

New battery, fuel- and oil filter with fresh oil are in. Car starts like it should and works fine. Fuel filter change was such a pain in the ass because banjo fittings started to leak, and leak wouldn't stop until I did put old copper rings back. New copper rings from my 50 piece sortment were too wide from touching surface. Next task was to install new wideband Bosch lsu 4.9 sensor. Old sensor stopped working last fall and Innovate showed only E8 fault code. Some times 22.4 was shown but it couldn't read any afr's right. Common issue with Innovate mtx-l.

Works and shows afr's how it should

So now there is some boost added, -18t makes 0.95 bars with additional spring and bleed. Needs +0.25bars more. It feels quicker of course, but it ain't a rocket. It needs more spring/new WG actuator.

We had some issues with my IC piping, one hose popped off three times during tune up and once when I was coming back to home. Piping is made of steel, so I will weld shoulders to joints.

I had odd lean running issue at idle and while test drive before tuneup. I used this topic -> http://www.turbobricks.org/forums/showthread.php?t=272004
and my "tuner guy" but we didn't find anything. Car gets fuel, alot of it from fuel line, and FPR seems to work, injectors work, samw temps on each cylinder, working AMM, working harness, no leaks, only thing/parts that is changed are in last posts. After all the searching I unplugged resistor pack, since it has hi resistance injectors, and boom! 14.7 afr's. Year ago we tuned engine with bad battery, maybe the new one changed currents or voltages in critical points?

Not much have been changed since last post, now I have 1bar on clock and few odd spots on chip, but nothing majure to stop me driving the car. Car feels how it should have been from the beginning. I am not a photographer, but took some pics while enjoying how clean car feels. :-P

M90 is working well, and feels good and fast enough for me. Last week I changed oils to it, and tranny feels bit smoother now. Car has changed a bit with new front splitter, it is made of poly ethane if I remember correct. Car feels more stable at 120km/h when cross winds blow.

Pic under the car
