Intake manifold:)Will remove the nozzles on the runners(the car have been driven on gas)

Nice work.

On the cracks on the doors. I think that those are more due to people closing the doors by pushing on the large, mostly unsupported window frame, instead of the door itself. Had to fix a couple like that on my 242 as well.

Hmm, that sounds very likely:)I tought it was beacuse of somebody smashing the doors shut to hard many times, but your thought is good:)As you say, the window frame is not so stabile on the 242 doors--Maby a combination of the two also?

Throttle from 960, its 2,5 inches..The original 850 I was planning to use are only just over 2"

paint the white part of the emblems yellow and it will be acceptable. ;-)

Yep, the Bayerische Fahne would actually make the car not look as good :)


The emblem are long gone;)Unfortually it broke when i took it of......
Will be the old style volvo emblem there later!:-D
