Post pics of your Volvo.

I get maybe 0.5 psi difference from the hot side pipe to the intake manifold with the Powerstroke IC(ftw!)at full boost WOT.

With the a stock 740 IC I would get about a 2 or 3psi drop under the same conditions.

Went out and took a quick pic of the current DD.

The license plate is the only upgrade and will probably end up staying that way. The wife discovered the plans to +T it and will only let me work on the silver car. The turbo I pulled was shot anyways. Funny thing on the plates is that my wife can't spell really well and nearly ordered umm opps instead

I can't wait until the spring to try out the Hydras on the 960, should look (and handle) a lot better. I feel bad for driving it in the winter considering this is the first year it's ever seen snow and salt :-( Oh well, I'll just care for it the best I can, the V90 will thank her for her sacrifice

Ive done so many mods to this car already its not even funny, not to mention the floor was rusted out and was rear and front ended numerus times, by the way that front end is from 3 differant years:-D

MAXIMUS ... no spare wheel wells. Is that a nod to the original 242GT? Did you do it 'cos you had to repair some rust anyway? Or did some Swedish 4-doors have no spare wheel wells?

Any chance of a closer-up look at where your bonnet/'hood' lines-up at the rear against the 1979 air-vent?
[Or did you weld in the later-model vent?]
