Might be a dumb question but when I plug in my vehicle info to look for parts they ask me to choose. I thought a 91 turbo 940 was a 91 940 turbo.

SE means it is essentially a 960 with a B230FT, and it's a one-year only option for sedans (91).
They made wagons as well. The wagons have solid axles.
You should change 960 above to 760 as the 960 didn't come out until the next model year, 92. The 940 SE was basically a continuation of the 760 turbo for '91.

Strictly speaking, there was only one model year for the 944 SE.
he needs parts for a regular 940 not a 7/960
