S/V/C Oil Cooler Leak

I have a 1997 Volvo S90 with approx 215k miles. There is coolant dripping from the oil cooler. I don't see any cracks in the cooler so plan on replacing the hoses. Is this reasonable? Is it best to replace the oil cooler after a certain age/mileage?
