Thats already been done and more then once to boot.

Wagons are the best! Especially white ones

Also, how hard was the accumulator mod to do? Did you have any trouble with the valve-body gasket tearing or anything? I'm planning on doing that mod to my car this spring.

Funny, I'm finally getting ready to join the Sedan Club. :spin:
White 1989 760 Turbo, single family owners since new. :spin: :spin: :spin:

And yes, I'll start my own thread on it.

How about throwing those Adaharas my way?

Something isn't right in this picture, can someone find it?

The mod was very easy, the hardest part of the mod disconnecting the kick down cable. The gasket stayed on the valve body in 1 piece thankfully. You will love your car even more more when you do this.

+1

that wagon looks very clean!

Back then it did:rofl:. Needs a good scubing and vacuum.

You owning and driving a sedan,:rofl:are you feeling okay?:-P Those Adaharas I sold to my room mate to put on his '88 760.

A little update.
The wagon's engine I think is about to call it quicks, I have a loss of power and it has a nasty knock at idle during warm up when its below 40F outside. The plan now is to take the engine and turbo that was going in to the Smurf before it got crushed and throw it in with a 3" exhaust and chipped computers that was planned for the 780, I may even throw in a ebay intercooler for the hell of it. I am not looking for a lot of power out of it, I am more looking for a dependable DD with a little bit of the good kind of attitude.
Once the wagon's engine is swapped, I will tear it down to find the problem and rebuild it for the GT Project.

To power of wagon compels you! Once you have a wagon they begin to creep in and absorb parts from other projects to satisfy their lust for your attentions! Next, they'll go after your driving time until your other projects sit dormant in the garage and are picked over like parts cars to feed the wagon!

Welcome to the dark side of the dark side.

This I have never bothered with girlie sedans.

sadly, ^^^^ is true. you have to make a conscious effort to remember your other projects! my poor sedan has been sitting, doing nothing, and my wagon has been my dead reliable daily driver. and the wagon already has more mods than the sedan!

Yeah, the wagon is my daily driver. I have put a lot of miles on it and drive the piss out it. I use it to tow with and pull cars out of the ditch, I work out of it and have been known to sleep in it.

Its time for a update!!!
The motor finally called it quits and no matter what I did, I wouldn't come back to life. I had been sitting for almost 5 months and I was stuck driving the GLT which I don't mind if its not giving me any problems but we all know how K Jet is.
After I got the 780 sold I decided its time to get the wagon back on the road and finish prepping the other motor that was planed for the Smurf(1994 B230FT) when it was still around.
I kept it factor as posable while improving a few things but I don't have all of the pictures yet of the motor and I didn't take that many. More pictures later.

Cool on the engine swap.

With respect to the 244, drop in a tank of non-ethanol 92 octane... It's possible that, if you've been running E10, K-Jet just isn't happy with your gas choice. Was having major issues with my '85 lately. Stalling, poor acceleration when cold, then an annoying misfire at 5 psi or so. Found a station with E0 gas. Filled it with 92 octane. After a couple days of driving, the car's happy again.

Some more on the update.
I have forgotten about this thread:oops:. There is not much to say cause everything is about the same from last time and I don't have all the pictures.
The motor has been doing well for the most, only issue has been that is doesn't like to start or idle when cold and I think I have narrowed it down to the fuel check value.
There was a V90 at the junk yard recently and I got the window switches and D pillar covers(ones with a tweeter). I also put the 15" subwoofer back in with the box I built and a speaker grill.
I will get more pictures up tomorrow, if I can remember to.

Not much new to report. Just been DD'ing it around and still trying to solve the start up issues when I have time.
I do have some pictures to add; some with my cell and some with a real camera.
Over the winter, GA got a lot of snow and I was more then under the weather at the time but spent a couple of hours getting to this point after the snow and ice stopped.

Fast forward a couple months, I get some bass installed as you may have seen from the last post.
Kicking it hard with Kicker.

Last month, I installed a set of Kingsbone 8mm wires along with a new cap and rotor.

The rest of the pictures are ones I took recently.
Here is were I had to do some rust repair before I put in the spare motor. It is some Rust Bullet over the area where the body sealer trap some water.
