Volvo 242 2,5 16v widebody build



back from balancing, flywheel was 5 grams of, the clutch was a little more, but its all good and ready for some serious RPM now :)
 
Spacer for the clutch bearing, made in Alumek

Also made the flywheel sensor bracket today, also out of Alumek :)


might go in tomorrow :D
 
3 hours of sand blasting rims = not fun at all! my neck is killing me!

but anyway, the paint is gone!




So next step is powder coat! :)

i think ill stay away from that oven ;P ive been told that u cant cock food in it after using it for powder coat..?
