Rear Spring Advice

Looking for new rear springs for my 780 that has already had anti-nivomat conversion done.

I went to swap in new billy HDs today and the PO from years ago had made his own wooden spring seats (1/2" to 1" thick) on the bottom that obviously had been broken apart for god knows how long. Now the blue IPD rear springs will sit even lower, when my rear was already sagging badly before. They have lots of wiggle room with the trailing arm back in place and I'm almost certain they're un-cut. The original spring seats were still in there, and even doubled up on the driver's side...

I would love real stiff springs in the rear, and something just under stock height to fit eiker e1's comfortably, but I'm lost on what to get. I read somewhere about 240 overload springs for the rear may work with the pigtails cut, but would like some more opinions on it

How about some rubber coil spring seat spacers?

Possibly, though I feel the springs are part of the sagging problem at this point being near ~10 years old and taken a bit of abuse. Even with the wooden seats that were in there, I'd want to increase the rear height by well over an inch to ride with the Eikers comfortably without rolling and destroying the rear fenders.

Well I'm thinking about getting some 5"x13" 325# and just trying those. The IPD's in there are 5"x10.5" but I'm not sure what the rate is

13" 225# will be plenty.

325 is way way too stiff. Especially on stock Billy's.

I have 200's in my sedan and they are plenty.

IPD's, depending on which version as apparently there are a few, were 115-125.

I've been running 5x11 275# springs in my 760 for years, they are 2" lower than stock. Ride is firm but not horrific, with Bilsteins hds fitted too.

Went with 5x11 300#. They feel great with the new Bilsteins. Just as stiff as I wanted the rear.

Now to figure out why the front of my trailing arms are still creaking so much
