Default power steering leak at the RH of the car: where hardline hooks up to the steering

rask. I have hard steering in the morning. Changed/flushed with Dex ATF by raising the front and turning the wheel a few times to let the fluid come out. The steering is fine when the car is warmed up, tight in 1st and 2nd gears when the car is first started.
Now it seems as if it's leaking on the RH side where the hard line hooks up into the steering rack?
Does it mean my rask is about to go out? What can I do about it?
