Default 60-2 wheel + distributor (not waste-spark settings)

hello all,
Today I attempted to Megasquirt my friend's car, everything is about exactly the same as my car, except that I'm running wastespark.

So I loaded my MSQ in the box, tried it on my car first, everything works perfect, but then I change the Spark B back to accel-light. And deleted the Triger B stuff. (He wants to run a distributor with ONE coil.) And I'm getting the engine to start on only 2cyls.

It's almost like I'm triggering at 360degrees instead of 180. What to do???

Edit: If anyone has an MSQ to share would be greatly appreciated. (It's a simple 230ft, vx3, rb25 turbo.)

Cheers!

Anthony, sorry I can't help but any chance you could post up your 60-2 waste spark .msq? I'm struggling with my current project and could use some sanity checks as far as settings go. If you have some time, could you take a gander at my threads on msefi and msextra.com?
