I've been working on my turbo project for a while now. It's in a 66 122S. It's finally starting to come together, but there is still alot to do. Here are a few pictures.

Well done....a fellow turbo B20 person, thats good to see.
Just keep an eye on the cooling system. The original radiators cant really dissapate enough heat.
I put a alloy one in my turbo B20 powered 142

very interesting, looks like hes using fly-by-wire by the looks of that TB.
i also like the COP, and the nice work with the manifolds. sweet

Very interesting.

But seeing that motor sitting in the engine bay with a singel circuit brake master skeers me a little.

Here are some details on my project:

Stock B20 from ebay for $150. Previously rebuild .030.

T3 .60/.48 from a turbo coupe

Ebay intercooler with tight radius end welded only the outlet

304 Stainless exhaust manifold. 1-5/8" runners. It's kind of a wierd manifold and it probably wont flow very well, but I wanted it compact enough to mount the turbo under the intake.

6061 intake manifold with a custom fuel rail and 30 lb injectors to get me started. Will probably end up with 42's. 1-5/8 runners.

All flanges water jetted.

5.0 mustang stock throttle body (60mm). Linkage is on the bottom and it uses a PWM valve for idle control. I will proably fab up a mechanical linkage similar to the type used with the SU's.

IG DSM BOV not yet mounted.

Exhaust will be a 304 downpipe with a wide band. The rest of the exhaust will be 409 with a cat,V-band flanges, and a sport compact type muffler at the back with a small tip. The exhaust will all be 2.5"

Ignition is a EDIS-4 from an Escort with a pulley from Dale (nice piece) and Bosch COP's from a BMW.

Megasquirt

Chevy 1-wire alternator

That's about all I can think of. I will take more pictures when I tear it down to do the exhaust. The weather has finally gotten better and I've been stuck doing yard work for the past week. I mocked it all up to pick a spot to weld the BOV on. Hopefully I will find some time to get that done this week.

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions.

V-speed - I saw a picture of your setup in another thread it looks nice. Do you have any more pictures or specs on it. It looks like you have a pretty nice sized turbo on there. It must go pretty well. Thanks for the suggestion on the radiator.
