To be clear- this is not the new header I made that cracked.

He is still running the old one because the BW compressor housing doesn't clear the hood with the new one I made.

We haven't made any definitive decisions on what to do about it, but we'll think of something.

The best bet for him might be to sell that one to a 240 guy, or someone not using a BW turbo, and I make him one from sched 10 with a lower turbo position. But that is TBD.

Chris, have you considered increasing the redline?

I assume the KG2T is going to start taking a dump at some point - or that it already is, but HP still looks strong at 6500.

The car would be a lot better with a 7500rpm redline, as it is you are falling out of the powerband when you shift, which might be contributing to the disappointing 1/4 mile times.

Sorry THIS IS NOT KENNYS HEADER!, And yea i kinda want ot take it to 7500rpm but dunno just scared, but i will next dyno tune, Its redlining at 7000rpm now the graph is off. I plan to get coil pack,Better Cam(not sure what) and larger map and take her up to 20-24psi and Stop there as il be scared to break somthing. The tune on it now has a very conservative timing map on it.

I'm seriously curious, is the turbo not making full boost until 5000rpm, is it tuning, or??? Stock intake manifold, right?

I can't imagine what Peter L's race car is going to be like with a custom intake manifold... The already flat and high torque curve, taken to another level. Oye.

It might lose some bottom end though, actually.
