Adding Intercooler. What do I need?

I just bought an intercooler on e-bay. Maybe paid too much, $46 w/shipping.

I now need all mounts, hoses, throttle body elbow, fan shroud, etc. What is the best way to get a clear understanding of what I "really need".

I also would like a good set of instructions. I already have the one from this site,

Is there a place with better instructions? Or is this as good as it gets.

I also read something about having a muffler shop bend the Intercooler pipes for me. Cheaper and pretty easy to do. Do I need to show them some original intercooler hoses, or is their another way to show them what I need? What size pipes would I have them use?

Other advice for a rookie would be great. I am eager to get started, but want to make sure I have all I need before I dismantle.
