Default The Swedish Missile Experiment

Came accross this, its an 87 244 with a b230ft big rod and lh2.2 swap, 3in exhaust, boost controller and shiny paint with no dents or big scratches.

Car has almost zero rust, which is a shame because it is destined to be a winter drift missile, and if it survives that, it will see the track walls at the 2012 Drift events.sorry

British Columbia peeps pm me with an offer if you want to save it before it gathers any wounds. I would feel bad if I didnt ask

to be continued...

NPR intercooler I had laying around is installed, boost is at about 12 psi now.

So far been driving it a month and all I've had to do is replace and the o/d solenoid and repair the wire, and ad 1/2 a litre of oil.

It also handled the first snow fall like a breeze, welded diff is definatly a good thing.

is a welded diff just what it sounds like? Both wheels move at the same time all the time?

also sweet winter vehicle! how tough was it to install with the 2.2? I've got an 88 with 2.2lh and I've been thinking of the b230ft swap...

All he had to do is swap the computer for the turbo computer. Not a hard thing to do at all.

Wow, sounds like a pretty sweet route if one is looking for good OEM power rather than a +t

Love the car!

Vented hood and some stenciling I did a couple months ago. Also, the rear bumper has plastic ground off the corners and the trim fell off after tapping some walls in the snow, not really pic worthy tho.

Teaser from today, I bent it more after this pic, now the trunk doesnt open. Turbo is on it way out too, but it was the best time I have ever had at a drift event.
