Its seems like when it's hot out it leans out down to 15% then I adjust it back and where good until I put it to the floor in 3rd hall ass come back home check it and the mixture goes down again wtf I have no vacuum leaks everything runs good until I climb a hill then on the top it starts to back fire bad any ideas?

First things first: What?

Next: Make, model, year, fuel system, transmission/transaxle, etc?

Third: What are you using to measure the mixture?

How are you checking fuel mix with a dwell meter? How are you adjusting it?

Replace the injector seals and the injector holder seals. Make sure you have no vacuum leaks.

Wait...... 15 percent dwell is not leaning out that is rich. Lower dwell is rich, higher dwell is lean.
Make sure the control pressure regulator is getting good current, ie make sure the electrical connection to it is clean and tight and has battery voltage to it. What condition is the engine wiring harness in?

Not really, your problem seems intermittent as you have stated. Check fuel pressures; line, control (when warm) and rest. There might be something up with your air meter/fuel dizzy/mixture box.
