HG kit school me on the parts

Ordered the Erling HG kit and got it today.I recognize most of the gaskets but not the o-rings.Do you guys use all of the items in the kit for a staright head gasket swap?
line 1 4 medium o-rings ???
line 2 4 thin o-rings ???
line 3 4 thick[tube] o-rings ???
line 4 8 o-rings one side has a flat edge ???
line 5 1 small -o-ring ???
2 brasss washers-I guess crush washers for the oil filter
Next to the crush washers 2 clear tubes,opened at each end
then 4 thicker/wider o-rings-I 'm guessing injector seals
can you fill in the blanks?

Top: 4 fiber washers. Not sure what those are for.

4 Thin O-rings: Outer K-Jet injector holder o-rings
4 Fat O-rings: Inner K-Jet injector o-rings.
8 things on next line: Valve Hushers/Absorbers

Small o-ring: Dipstick? Dipstick tube into block?

Crush washers: One for the temp sender? Maybe? Not sure about the other.

Not sure on the clear tubes.

4 thicker "o-rings" to the right of the clear tubes: Look like valve stem seals. Do they have a small spring/metal clip around them?

Then those are your valve stem seals. You only got 4 because they go only on the valve stems of the intake valves.

Clear tubes are for installing valve stem seals. They protect the seal from the keeper notch and the sharp corners of the valve stem top as you slide the seal on. You only need one but they give you an extra in case one gets damaged.

Then what is the point in buying a kit.Maybe just buy the ones you need?
