I have used this small tool for grinding welding, not angle grinderIf you mean on the rear fender..I was planning to use this black thing on angle grinder to take the paint, but I think you just gave me a really good idea to use paint stripper!
Just bought a REALLY strong one to that Im using on my rims right noSo Ill test that on the car also..

Back in the workshop again!And needed some motivasion before I started



Here is where I hope to put the wheelBut will see, on this picture the spaces is good..But this is 255 tires, Im going for 265

Put it out where it should be..Added 1mm every where against the other side, because it will go back in when i remove the jack

The weldings dont look beatuiful here, but I put a little more power and wire than normal to get a very full weldingThen I can grind it all down and have alot of welding left on the inside



Grided down hereThe marks you see dont show so good in real life, can bearrly feel them with my nails

Yeah it really does!And it looks original for people who dont know volvo..A friend of me looked at it and wondered what i did to it, I told him to look more..After maybe a half minute he bursts out: Damn, it looks so wide!You fix the fenders?

I think thats one of the coolest things, it blends in with the rest of the car but still it looks really badass

Good quality on the welding peaces!It will be fixed offcorse..


Seamwelding..I am welding 25mm and 40mm space between weldings..Fits suprisingly good!Almost no compromises with longer/shorter weldings




After some temporary paint




Trunk is complete again!

Started a little bit on the front fender since the car is not in the workshop..



The other fender I will use for parts


Took out the bushnings, they was new in the whole front when I bought the car(never been driven with exept 4 miles I drove) so I will reuse them

Cutted away this peace on both sides..**** work to get them out!!
