Default quick question 11/41 ring & pinion what gear ratio?

hey i just pulled apart a volvo lsd, the casting # with the gear ratio was blank so i ripped apart the gear and took out the ring & pinion which i will swap to my car which has a 3.54 gear ratio.
I counted the pinion gear to have 11 teeth
and the ring gear has 41 teeth

What gear ratio is this? 3.73?

Thanks in advance!
Mark

41 divided by 11 = 3.7272727, so yes it's a 3.73. It should also be machined into the ring gear somewhere along the outside edge.

And before you try it, your 3.54 ring gear will bolt to this differential, but it will not mesh with the pinion gear properly. You must use a 3.54- differential with 3.31 or 3.54 gears, and a 3.73+ differential with 3.73, 3.91, 4.10 etc.

Ring gear teeth / pinion gear teeth.
41 / 11 = 3.73
