Got the crank bolt yesterday.... Started drilling last night on the block, that went good. However when attempting to use the counter bore bit on the extension using the two small set screws,(witch one is stripped out), when tightening down the set screws to secure the bit, it pushes the bit off center within the extension. Basically it like trying to drill with a slightly bent drill bit. It would be nice if the extension had the set screws off set from each other rather than on the same side. that way I could get the bit perfectly centered within the extension when tightening the set screws. It is impossible for me counter bore the block at this time. I'm off to wood craft today to look for a extension that will secure the counter bore without the slight offset I'm getting with the extension within the kit. I'll post a pic of what I'm talking about shortly.. Any help would be great if I'm doing something wrong.....

Now available with the kit or separately is a 3/4" NPT tap and 59/64" drill bit for machining the block for a turbo oil return fitting.
A drill with a 1/2" chuck is needed for the bit.
Deposit is $50.

Tap/Drill combo works good.
My block did NOT cut like butter. Go slow and use lots of cutting fluid.
I opted to go far enough to get my fitting in, and then used a carbide burr to open up the back side to the same diameter as the inside of the fitting and round it out along the edges. That should help keep the flow more laminar. Just a thought.
left my machinist a message today. Idk what the heck is taking so long.
I'm seriously interested in doing this to my block since the bottom end has to come apart anyways.
What's the protocol for getting in line? What does a set of squirters typically run from a good source(which would be)? Sorry if it's been answered before, I read the first few pages and figured they'd be in the stickied OP but couldn't find them!
