Volvo car meet, Columbus, Texas, Saturday, April 9, 2016, rain or shine.

The fair city of Columbus is 70 miles west of Houston on I-10.

Sponsored by the Texas Chapter Volvo Club of America and representatives of Volvo Sports America. Open to all interested parties. No RSVP needed.

For the third time in seven years our host will be Nils Nilsson at his secluded Volvo paradise in the Piney Woods.

Our special guest in attendance will be Nils? daughter, Anna Nilsson Hanson, who will lead the Volvo scenic drive from Columbus to the ranch in her classic 1991 244.

Unless my car blows up, I'll be there, driving from SA, all of us from Central TX should meet up on I-10 somewhere and caravan...
 
I'm good. Don't know if the wife and kids are coming, or what car I'll bring... But I'll be there...

Todd- Since you're moving, does that mean the 945T is not an option for you?
 
Sadly won't be able to make it - school suddenly got intense, and Cloud will be in the shop - pretty sure the transmission needs some love with the noise it's making :l

Maybe next year!

I'm still in. Looks like no one else from SA area is going, so see the Austin gang in Columbus....



EDIT:: 4/11, met 3 guys from SA, all 244 drivers, trying to get them on here, but we shall see
