That's the early style wiper arm end.
A new set of Bosch excel blades will have the adapter pieces in the boxes.
I have some here for $15 shipped if that's all you really want.

I think most replacement wiper blades come with the plastic adapter piece.

will this one fit? I know it says it does but the end looks a lil funky.

It's still a small post end, with some kind of adjustable angle doo-dad on the end.
What you need is the plastic conversion piece that fits on the small post end, and converts it to a standard slip in blade.
