Default Acceptable temperature rise under boost?

It looks like I'm gaining around 10°F under boost with my smallish eBay intercooler, should I consider upsizing? I think it's 23"x4"x8" I think good for 400hp according ad copy.

With my npr, 18psi, 98* ambient temps my intake temps were around 120 off boost, 110 on boost.
