I have a 2007 S60R. Last winter, in late Feb, I hit a pothole and blew two of my winter tires. After blowing the two, I just put the summer tires back on, as Continental had stopped manufacturing their winter stock and I couldn't get the correct pair without having to wait 3 weeks for TireRack to get the remaining new tires in existence from Continental. I still have the other two, they have full tread left, basically brand new, maybe 1000 miles on them. They're Continental WinterContact SI 235/45 R17 97H.
Continental doesn't make the 97H load rating anymore for this tread pattern. Is is a problem for the AWD system to have two different load ratings. I would be getting two of the the WinterContact SI 235/45 R17s with a 99H load rating, instead of the 97H.
