![]() Alright TB. I know how much y’all love Coronas but...
I just got a cheap set that I’m looking to use for winter wheels. Of course they don’t come with center caps. I’m not looking to pay a premium for the “correct” caps. I just want something to keep out the salt and other NYC winter detritus. The searches I’ve done haven’t yielded anything conclusive. What are cheap caps that will fit these wheels? |

![]() Don't forget to use acorn style lug nuts so the wheel studs and nuts don't get all rusty and corroded to the wheel.

![]() ^That probably is the best way to go with a set of beater Covid-19 rims... Provides better protection than steel lugs that are uncovered, and common enough to be easily replaced when a NY pothole sends one flying into oblivion.

![]() I glue these on with some RTV because I've had these type of caps rattle while driving.

![]() I think the dealers used to use pieces of butyl tape on the back side to keep them in place. Contact pints was just on the raised "vane".
