I would really really really like a mirror image of the left hand kick plate without the fuse box access panel. On my 242 there's a hole covered with a plate underneath the computer that leads to the outside world. Turns out the fresh air vent that I got off my parts car will bolt right in that hole, just need a kick plate with a slot for the lever and vent holes and voila fresh air vents on both sides like a 142.

This part looks really doable. I don't have one myself to measure, but, if someone got some measurements I think it would be very easy to design, and could be printed on just about any printer (size permitting).

The makerbot is trash.

I have a few parts I'll be putting in this thread in a week or so... I've been doing this separate from knowing about this thread

Things like this should be very nice to print, it's for a Volvo 940, I fabricated this by hand but am thinking of measuring it and let it draw in 3D by a friend. Opportunity knocks with 3D printing, exciting though.

You can see the procedure of the making in my thread on page one if interested.

Bend a piece of wood, attach to a box structure at the back, and cut out a slot for the e-brake.

Will post pics.

Please do, I've got an intact console but I've been thinking of doing wood instead.

If you search, you can find the file for the sun visor clips, I have the file saved on a pc at school otherwise I'd link to it.

How about gauge inserts for 740/940 HVAC vents? I'd shell out cash right now for a drop in one.

I printed Blippy's cup holder and it changed my life.

Turned out great, the only issue is that the thin bottom "fingers" got a little warped due to the summer heat I think and it does not grip the dash as tightly as it once did, but it still works fine. I may try reprinting it in a more heat-resistant filament at some point. This was my first 3D printing project so I didn't really know what I was doing.

But yeah, what you're asking for is easy, I should have a new printer here come Jan. that will print that large. Until then I'll design something anyway.

This thread HAS to be stickied.

As for dash vents and gauges...if you were thinking of this:
http://www.swgmotorsport.com/asps/uploads/big/179-2.jpg

Will not fit. I removed vent from its anchor/pivot/doser/surround and it wouldn't fit without breaking thr surround... Just remove the entire centervent thing and put nathan's thing in there or wait till I finally get some time to finish mine.
