Just measured a flywheel bolt from a B230F for someone.

~31mm long (25mm threaded section)
M10x1.5

...I take it that's for a dished flywheel? As we found out recently, they're different for a dual mass...and I believe also for a flat flywheel

whats up fellow san antonio dweller. ive picked up a white 240 glt as my project... but its really more of a light matinance required vehicle. its in suprisingly nice condition, albeit a few smaller than dime size rust spots. ive already begun sanding them down and am gonna do the paint job on my own. friend who owns a fish store has a garage thats converted into a paint area, complete with gravity-fed guns.

yeah, duall mass has bolts of like 50 mm long.

Would someone confirm the head bolt size? I'm getting some thread chasing taps and I'm not at my garage space.

www.gewinde-normen.de is a nice site for all kinds of different thread sizes.

My addition:
EGT sensor B204FT/GT engines is M12x1 thread, like more OEM EGT setups have.
Normal T3 turbo's have M18x1.5 thread for the watercooling, the Volvo ones M16x1.5.
An 850 oil drain plug is M18x1.5, usable for plugging oxygen sensor holes (eg when you aren't using a wideband or whatever and need to plug the hole). Or use an old oxygen sensor as a drain plug on your 850!
Mitsubishi turbo's also use M12x1.5 for the coolant lines as well (same as oil feed). Same thread on the T3 of the B204FT. Block side is M14x1.5 iirc.
redblock oil drain thread is the same as tjhe oil filter thread.

Fairly big. M12 or M14. 19mm heads, IIRC.

I believe the sump plug on a 2/7/900 with a B200/B230 has a 24mm head.
On a 360 with a B200 and the ally sump, you use a 3/8" drive rachet.

Correct, or 15/16". Crank bolt is the same size. I wish the drain plug was 24mm, that way I'd have more than two uses for that socket, but I always buy whichever socket is cheaper
