145 Door Cards

Looking to replace old doorcards for a '68 145. Given the fact that these aren't exactly a dime a dozen, some extra info regarding which ones I can pick up would be nice to have. That being said, has anyone had any experience fitting "late" doorcards to an "early" door? Any issues with fitment?

How about armrest mounting locations between a '68 and '72?
They look similar, but I don't think a '68 has the same mounting holes as a '72.
