You can get stock replacement hoses which are expensive only from Volvo for a 240 turbo. Thelostartof(Mike) or fcpgroton.com can usually order them if you want stock replacement.
For aftermarket replacements. I've bought from http://www.atpturbo.com and http://www.pegasusautoracing.com/?iorb=4764&0. Also local truck parts suppliers usually have good quality turbo hose available.
Oh, there aren't any kits for 240 turbos. You want to measure the sizes you need and match it up.
