need help identifying a part

on the front of the 240s what is the metal peice of the frame under the grille and headlights that the front bumper trim connects to?mines all bent up and need to find another one, thanks in advance
 
It's a part of the front clip. Lower grill support. Depending on the year but in general that whole section unbolts from the front of the car. There are some rivets or spot welds on the end for the fenders.
 
It's known as a header / filler panel on a newer car and as a radiator support on an older car with a front valance.
