I have a Saab 9000 aero pressure plate sitting around that I used with my b230 back in the day if you have trouble finding it. I’ve been meaning to sell it for a while. Shoot me a PM if interested.

PDX to Detroit to Sisters today. Car is running great. A bit of traffic on 22 and 20, but we did find a few opportunities to loosen the reigns. Beautiful day.

Cleaned the T5 and M46 bellhousing. Throw-out bearing sleeve installed, new input and output seals installed, flywheel resurfaced, pressure plate on the way. STS driveshaft carrier bearing arrived. Custom crossmember on hand. Going to start with a cable set up. Will need to shorten front driveshaft and order a rear mount.

What am I forgetting?

Birthday next month / any shifter recommendations?

A Pro 5.0 shifter or a copy thereof would be my vote. The shift feel is awesome.

So far I am liking the Summit shifter (Steeda knockoff) better than the Hurst, despite not being as nicely made.

I use the stock one. It’s just fine for me and have had no issues.

Damn the price went up on the ford hurst one holy shiz. Used to be 225. Now its 291 in summit yikes.

I took harlard's recommendation and use the Summit shifter. I did get a different Hurst arm and custom weighted knob.

Culberro set me up with a sweet deal on a 3.73 ring and pinion.

To go with with the sweet deal that Harlard gave me on a clutch-type diff.

Should be a good match for the T5 ratios and allow me to go anywhere with the snow tires.
