Heres my new Project, 1995 965 2.5 M90, I have wanted a 95- 960 for some time now was I love the front end on these and i think the 95- 960 and S/V-90 where the most beautiful Volvo ever made and the most well put together Volvo ever, Nice design, Great Drivetrain and RWD. These models are Rare here. I found this one forsale it had been sitting for some years but was too good to pass up on the price. drove it +100 miles home after a set of wheels.

I normaly dont like white cars but Idk why a white Volvo wagon is so awesome. A costemer at work has this 2008 White V70 with beige interior its Awesome.

Im slowly bringing this back to life, got it mostly to stage 0 and road worth again. just need hand brake cables and brake shoes.

I work at volvo dealer so I get good discount on the parts so I use only OEM parts on this one.

Why the hell do you post your own dirty, stock, white 965 in an inspiration thread?

White eikers, pretty cool. And that colour is awesome. Shame that they only sold around 3 cars in that colour.

Yeah that is sad, I really like the colcor. I've only seen a few 98's in that color ever.
Much more common on x70

There's a 945 near me in that colour. But that's around on off two RWD volvo's i've seen in that colour. Even x70's aren't common in that colour. In The Netherlands, at least.

Maybe my post can be misunderstood
x70's aren't common here in that color either, but compared to 940 they are somewhat common

The way it's been done a few times here in the U.S. is to find a Nivomat rear spring and use supplemental coilovers in place of the rear shocks. Kaplhenke has a set up for it, and The Poi made his own awhile back. Search the forums. Most of the cars pictured in this thread that are lowered are actually 7/9 solid axle cars with front end swaps. Easy to lower those...

This works better^^^

Some of the swedes have taken shorter rear shocks (7/9 series shocks) and used them to hard limit the travel of the back of the car, effectively lowering it. FWIW, this sounds like a terrible idea but it's another option. I was working on swapping in early trailing arms so I could bag my car but that seems like a bit of a stretch now too.

I just drive around with a welder in the back of my car. It lowers things just fine.
