Sorry, I was in a pissy mood and I get bothered when people replicate wheel set-ups.

I'm over it, but this is exactly what I mean. I'm running my own specs on my own steelies, just like I run my own specs on the other **** ton of wheels I've ran on my cars. Sorry that I came off so pissy, I'm not sorry for claiming that as style biting.

If you take classes at the racing school he owns, you get to make a few laps with the 242!

http://www.arodriguesracingschool.com/volvo_en.html

Seems like a real group A car - Champion European Touring Car / The Group in 1985
National Champion Speed / Group A in 1986. The cage might have something to do with instruction use.

Blah blah no need to be rude. Hence me saying I wasn't sure if it was the point of the thread since sifting through 33 pages is hard to do.

So lets move on. I'm not sure if this car has been posted yet. Forget the owners name but it was at SE7. Very well done:

Seen several 242's done up in this "style". Things like that keep my appreciating these old cars.

And my wheels

Wonder what that clanking sound is in Antonio's 242 race car? Exhaust system hitting floorboard? Heim joint suspension piece/s,Video recorder clanking? Or "backfire/popping of exhaust when he lets off of it?

Not intending to be rude, just trying to keep the thread from fizzling into every other showroom thread where eventually everyone just posts pics of their own car.
