Default 140 brake interchange

Are 140 Girling rear brake calipers interchangeable with solid-rotor rear 240 calipers? Turns out I need a right rear and will probably just replace the left rear while I'm doing it.

It might bolt on but the flare style is different. 140 uses inverted flare with standard threads and 240 uses bubble flare with metric threads.

I have rebuilt Girling 140 rear calipers in stock.
