hahah i see that for sale sign across the street. I always thought that my neighbors hate all my cars but for whatever reason they all stop by when walking and talk to me about the cars when i work on them. I just had a lady tell me how much she loved her old 142, and love the cars in my drive way, go figure.
 
Figured I'd post a photo of the only 740 I've owned from back in June 2008. I miss that car.
16V converted to M46 with some mild suspension work and cosmetic upgrades.

1988 740 GLE, M47, 206k miles, hydras, IPD sway bars front/rear, IPD springs, and everything works (sunroof, heated seats, AM/FM cassette, power antenna, cold AC)
