Default the 1983 red rust bucket 242 TI

hey guys i just thought i would share my recent parts car purchase, it is a canadian built 1983 242 TI and she is very rusty..... i did want to try to save it but i am afraid it is too far gone for me..... but my 245 is going to love the parts!!! it has Power Windows that dont work, Power Mirrors that work!! Power Locks, heated seats and one works, hand crank sunroof, ect and it came with some cool uber rare stuff!! and a bunch of stuff that i need for the 245! and it runs really good!!

on to the pic's!!! lol

this is the main reason i bought it is because i was missing this for my swap

and the rest of the stuff is nice to!

and the good stuff!!

i know i am photo crazy!!!! oh well....

I spy a red mopar in your driveway. Is it a 66 plymouth?

Dayum . . . . . .that is rusty. I'm pick'n up a 83 245Ti with the same interior. If you want to sell the arm rest let me know. I have a black leather one, but one to match the interior would be even better. Nice Find ! ! !

I might be interested in the headliner, sunroof liner, sunroof assembly (if it still works) and I definitely need that pedal assembly. Are you interested in parting with these pieces? If so, please PM me.

Thanks!

Rob

ya nice part out! reminds me of when I did mine, I'll have parts all over for the rest of time from that car! Isn't it amazing the multitude of crap that comes off these cars, makes me think twice about taking my 242 apart to begin the restoration process!

Neither of mine were either, but about 90% of the ones at the junkyard look like that. Even if there isn't any elsewhere, you look under its handle; there's hair under there...

Default oh the irony

how ironic is this? the car came to my house on a U-HAUL trailer and it left on a U-HAUL trailer, called the local junk guys told them that the car had no rear axle and they show up in a U-HAUL trailer and a truck with a winch on the back, i took a photo for proof
