Not the results I wanted

The o2 reading at .9v shows that it sees it is rich, very rich..... it should fluctuate from .4-.5v if all is operating properly.


^^ This. And it goes right along with what you are saying that it is getting lower fuel mileage than expected. A 561 ECU is not a reliable ECU. The 933 is a far better ECU.
 
I need to research this. I used a lead pipe with the o2 in the converter which requires the long pigtail and truthfully I don't know where it came from. May be trying to get the last drop out of the turnip.
