Bruh : The Thread[Matt's 945]

4 bolts on the inside of the car. lift the side pockets of wood that are in the trunk there should be two bolts on either side. then 4 17mm bolts on the bumper bar under neath the car.
 
damn, this second set of ARE's are gonna clean up really well lol. this was just after a quick wipedown with glass cleaner.

Okay, so Friday was interesting.

Turns out the 16" set of wheels I haven aren't 8.5" wide, rather 8". Found this out after setting the 15's next to the 16's and they looked like this:

...sure enough, after putting a tape measure across both of them, they're 9" from outside lip to outside lip. No big deal, just good to know.

Also, the adapters I've been using to test the 16" wheels, which I thought were 1" adapters, are actually 1.25" adapters. Found that out after trying to space my current front wheels out an inch to see if that tire would clear the fender, and there were some of the original studs sitting proud of the spacer...something that didn't happen with the adapter. However, I think that because the wheel just get pushed into the factory studs and not all the way to the spacer, it may have simulated the 32mm of the adapter and will work..who knows!
