Default 1991 240 hard start when hot and hunting idle for a few seconds after

I have an issue with starting my '91 240 when hot.. it cranks for a couple seconds and when the engine fires the idle hunts until I rev the engine once and then it idles well. Cold starts are perfect. I put a new FPR in 9 months ago, I checked the resistance on the coolant temperature sensor and the MAF (both are in spec), injector o rings are less than a year old, vaccuum lines are a month or two old, fuel filter was done 6 months ago, the throttle body was cleaned about a year ago and there are no codes. What's left to check? IAC valve?

Thanks
Matt

It does this when the AMBIENT temp is hot, or the motor is hot?

Sounds like vapor lock to me. What's your fuel pressure like?
