Default 760 turbo occasional hesitation and stalling ill

I have a 86 760 turbo which has had the FPR, MAF, CBV, brake booster check valve, and a new throttle body gasket.
It sometimes takes a second to start but will idle fine once the car is on. When the car is shifted into reverse or drive cold, the rpms dip to about 300 and will occasionally cause the car to stall out. The car also seems a bit hesitant at first at low speeds but feels fine above 20mph. It also will occasionally struggle to go up an incline if it is at a full stop barely able to gain speed.
