How buy a custom fuel chip for L.H 2.4 ?

Hi,

I search a good tuned fuel chip with:
Fuel cut removed
Rev at 6800/7000rpm
A little more fuel from 5000rpm to 7000rpm to be more safer
Remove 50% from cold start

Thanks a lot for your help
 
Word is need to see that 965 bin. Need to read the chip in your 965 ECU to look at the cold start fueling. Nobody has that bin... Take out the chip and read it and post it.

I don't have material for read the chip.
I can ask a tuner for read it but at this time i can ask I'm for make all but it will be expensive just for reading

What I need for read the chip myself ?
If you have direct link for parts that help me a lot
