Your car is beautiful, but is that red wire your battery power wire to the engine bay? It may just be the photo but it looks kind of skinny to power the starter?

Probably just the photo. If anything, it's heavier than it needs to be. I think it's 2 gauge wire, considerably heavier than the shorter original cables were under the hood.

Of course now I have cute little Braille battery, so there's very little reason at all to have it back there, I might move it back up to the front. I needed a new battery, and the tiny Brailles weren't that much more expensive than the big cheap Autozone brand conventional batteries were.
