240 Best spark plugs for +T app?

Hey all,

I'm planning on doing a tune up this weekend and wanted to know what kind of spark plugs are best/preferred for the the +T application?

Ive got a 91 NA+T block with about 149k on it.

I'm using NGK BPR7ES. Just stick with a good old fashioned copper plug. Mixed results have been reported with the 4 electrode SUPAH SPARK platinum unobtanium ones.
 
Volvo plugs, only $2.00 ea.
Or the Bosch Super Plus OEM replacement at a slightly higher cost, $2.50.

I find the NGK don't usually make it to 30k miles, but the Volvo plugs do.

This, I always had better results with OE Volvo spark plugs, and I know they are better than any NGK cause I run LPG and it's sensitive to spark plugs:nod:
