M47 lifetime fluid.

Well, they were expecting those cars to last anywhere up to 7 years, so for all intents and purposes, it could have been lifetime fluid. They weren't counting on Turbobricks...
 
Question has to be.... "What is your intent for the car?"

Fresh fluids keep them fresh. Even synthetics.

Want that M-47 that is not really known to live much longer then the average large breed dog to last? Change that oil every 30,000. Oil is easy and cheap. Decent used M-47 boxes are neither.
 
maybe lifetime if it's never driven hard. even then, it's not like you are breaking the rules if you change it, fresh fluid won't hurt.
