In deciding the direction I would like to take my 240, I've come to the conclusion that I don't want a top end monster, just a reliable torquey stump puller that will spool instantly but still make a respectable amount of power when I need it to.
I've decided to go with a t3/t04e mainly for its flow capabilities, but I'm still deciding which trim to go with, and if I want the .63 a/r or .48 a/r hotside. From searching on this forum, I read that a lot of the people running .63 hotsides still experience some lag, to the point that a mitsu would be a better option. I would like to hear from anyone that has run either of those hotsides and what they would do or would have done differently.
My plans currently include a t5 swap that I'm in the parts gathering stage of right now, a 4.10 rear end, t cam (just because I have one sitting in the garage), and ported 90+ manifold. So I'm really going for a build that will just suck me into the seat and put a smile on my face.
Also, what size injector would be a good match for this turbo? I'm assuming an 012 maf would be necessary as well.
