I'm just about to MS my Volvo and thought I might paint the exhaust manifold with POR Black Velvet Hi Temp paint, and thought it might look good to paint the valve cover black also (The engine is a 79 B21F). Just wondering if you can use this stuff on an aluminum valve cover and how good would it look? Also, how do you polish (mat aluminum)the "VOLVO" after painting it? I like the look of the B230F valve covers, and want to have that look.
