tryingbe can get it rebuilt for you (not local) but I would recommend upgrading. There is a 15g for sale that would require a bit of exhaust and machine work to fit but would be a great upgrade for somewhere around the same price as you are looking for a rebuild.
I don't know of any CA shops that rebuild turbos, but in about a month I will have a 13c that works just fine that you can have if you can wait that long.
