S/V/C 2004 v70 2.5T front main leak?

Hi all - we have a 2004 V70 2.5T with about 160K on it. Changing the oil recently, found some seepage near the crank.

Well, now it's starting to drip, so I guess I have to fix something.

Timing belt is about 2.5 years, 25K. Water pump is original. Guess it's time to go in there.

Assuming this is the front main, anything scary to be aware of? Cam seals a good idea too?

Anything else I should have my eyes up for?

Gotta have the cam tool. Vvt valves are tricky. Done hundreds over the years.

Admittedly last time I did the Tbelt I had to re-set it about four times because it was off a tooth here or there. This is the workaround? Hate to spend $100 for what's probably my last P2 Tbelt job...

Ebay has something similar but morely; any thoughts?
