Thread pitch and size for vacuum hose on a b230 intake manifold

1/8 npt I think, and hose is typically 5/32 or 4mm
Do you know what size tap I would buy for threading a new hole? A quick search comes up with 1/8-27

That's bigger than 1/8 NPT...
Best is take the fitting with you do any half-decent hardware store..Hell take the manifold and try a pipe plug in 1/4 NPT in the hole..
Then you know for CERTAIN what the thread is, then ask the guys what drill size or print out a chart like
then
Print it out, frame it and nail it to the wall eye level.
Then you have it.

There are two different sizes of that one, one is for sure a 1/8NPT. I believe the other one is 1/4 NPT.

Unless he has giant size thumbs the op looks like 1/8" to me
