![]() I would love some more info on Wilwood setups for the 122. I've been researching the 1800 rear end swap for some time and I'm thinking I'd like to do that when I upgrade to dual circuit, then have my rears re-drilled to 5x114.3 to keep the more popular bolt pattern all around. Then I could see about going with big brakes. Although if I just bought Iamtheonlyreal1's kits, I could just do all of that at once and be done. Ahh to have money.
As for the velocity stacks, I'm still running SUs right now. I will upgrade to DCOEs eventually but for now I'm keeping the HS6s with some velocity stacks from these guys. http://www.scparts.co.uk/index/lang-...og.tpl,x-a.htm Last edited by AndrewNance; 01-26-2013 at 08:00 PM.. |

![]() MikeJr has the setup to convert- an 1800e rear axle and front spindles fo disc brakes all around.
A bolt- in for your car. I have a set of soft brake lines brand new. We are in the N Atlanta area, so fairly close. Pm MikeJr. For a price.

![]() I'll get in touch with him when the time comes to do it all. I want to look into some Wilwood big brake options for it at the same time. Atlanta is about 6 hours from me so not too bad.
In other news... Done. ![]() |

![]() Looks pretty clean.. Have you thought about blasting the exhaust manifold for a fresh look? You can take years of scale off, and it would give a new and clean cast look..

![]() Check post #70. I have a nice ceramic coated Stahl header that will be going on but I don't have the rest of that exhaust built yet. So for the initial tuning I need a relatively quiet (like stock) exhaust and not an open header
![]() I feel you though. Believe me, it bothers me just as bad (probably more!) to have that dirty old thing bolted to my essentially brand new motor. Last edited by AndrewNance; 01-31-2013 at 11:37 AM.. |

![]() Great build. I'm really keen to hear what your impressions are of the schneider 274 cam. I'm waiting to pull the trigger on one for my 1800E FI build using a djet manifold depending on how you get on.

![]() Threw on some stainless hoses. Good thing because the old ones were original. Just gotta make sure they won't rub the wheels or tires. Pretty cool

![]() They're just et20 and 8" wide. I think stock is +25 but I'd say with fender work you could possibly go as low as +10 without being past the fenders. It's easy to roll the fenders on these cars too!

![]() Oh and I might be jealous if you bagged it...
![]() I bought everything I need to make a short shifter work in the car. Got some of it today. Pretty crusty. ![]() And with a little elbow grease (and a kerosene parts washer): ![]() Also, Matteson made my panhard adjustable. No more sittin' he11aflush on one side with super fender gap on the other! ![]() |

![]() Wow killer looking 122. You do great work. Still remember standing in the driveway watching a guy drive off in my old mans '67 122s wagon for $300 thinking "wait a minute what just happened?!" I was 17 with 2 2nd gen Camaros and an 84 240 wagon so couldn't really convince him to let me have it....... I won't even get into the feeling of the last 544 leaving......
Anyhow great looking car! Subscribed...
