Do you have the STS machining pedal or did you make your own? I feel like I'm missing something somewhere in the pedal assembly, its loose on the pivot

I have a lengthened cable pedal at the moment.

If it's loose on the pivot give them a call. That was a pre-production issue. I'm sure they must have sent you the wrong one by accident.

I am running the steel sleeve, but I'm thinking my junkyard pedal assembly was missing the bushings because I don't remember any coming out. I'll take a look today

Its the 'new' version of the master that @77volvo245 suggests using with his pedal. I had no issues bolting it up, and all the specs are the same

Got quite a bit done today. Started the morning with some tacos from the local taco truck

Cleaned the car out and moved it outside, and had a friend load it up and move it to a local fabrication shop

Once it was there, we got it on the lift and designed a quick and dirty crossmember. Used the stock crossmember with some plasma cut plates. Feels solid, looks good, cheap. I like it.

While my buddy was welding that together, I removed the stock fuel filter and pump and put the C5 corvette filter/regulator in its place.

I thought this was a funny head to head, shouldn't that V8 be in the Camaro?

Removed some minor things that weren't necessary and drained the tank too. Its starting to look like a real car

Probably should have spent this money on more parts... But they were a good deal and I love GTAs.

In other news, searching for a local driveshaft shop who will build me a two piece to my specs. One said they would only do it if I brought the car to them, 160mi away. Any internet suggestions?

I love me some GTA's! That's what I was looking for before I got a killer deal on a set of 16X9.5 ARE 398s.

You're the second person to suggest them, though someone said they'll only do one-piece? At this point, I just want it to move on its own so I might go with a one piece and deal with lowering it later on

I just had the six states in portland do a 2 piece for my ar5 and 8.8" setup. Took them a stock large diameter drive shaft and they did it all for $360 including parts.

Holy **** man, thank you. I've been told by all my local car friends that no one will do it, its impossible, etc etc.

Now I just need to find a stock large diameter drive shaft to have them modify

Most delivery trucks are 2 and 3 piece drive lines. 6 States is primarily a truck and industrial supplier. They'll figure it out for you.

And this is using a stock M46/M47 driveshaft? This'll change everything, I got quoted 600+ for a driveshaft from that shop 160mi away.

The rear half is the same volvo and the front I had the slip yoke added for my 4l60e

Good sunday at the shop. Engine and transmission came out to install a speed bleeder on the T/O. It went far easier than I expected, so I got everything back in and bolted up hopefully for the last time (for a while)

Installed part of the ICT Billet bracket set, before I realized I ordered the wrong one. I ordered 551396-3, I should have ordered 551397-3. Don't drink and buy. It looks like all I need is spacers to run the Camaro water pump, but I'm going to call today to confirm.

Seriously though, if you can sit on it, I’m sure you could clean it, get it to a solid stage zero and make a little.

I want to go grab it so bad, but $750 would basically complete my car... We'll see, I'm gonna go take a look at it on Friday

Man, I snagged them right after they went on ebay. Unfortunately, she didn't realize she had 3 fronts and a single rear... so I gotta find another front or another rear.

Small progress yesterday, got all the accessories bolted onto the front. I was waiting on water pump spacers so I could use the Camaro waterpump with truck accessories.
